Please note: our orders are processed and dispatched the day before delivery, so we may not be able to make changes to your order on the day of dispatch (1 day before delivery), as the flowers may have already left us. For the same reasons, we are unable to make changes to orders on the day of delivery. Due to the increased volume of orders, during peak trading periods such as Valentine's Day & Mother's Day we require at least 4 days notice to change orders.
