Delivery in 2+ Days?
If it is 2+ days ahead of your delivery date and you have noticed that the delivery address on your order is incorrect, you can still change your order. Feel free to get in touch with us and we'd be happy to have your delivery address changed.
If your order is due to be delivered tomorrow and you need to change the delivery address, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this as parcels are usually dispatched 1 day ahead of the delivery date. However, please do get in touch with us and we will do all we can.
If your order is due for delivery today, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to change the address. This is because the parcel is already with the courier, which means the address has already been printed onto the parcel label.
If you did not supply the correct delivery address, and your flowers were delivered to the address you provided, we are unfortunately unable to provide any any compensation for this. This is because it is the buyers' responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is correct.
