If you did not supply the correct delivery address, and your flowers were delivered to the address you provided, we are unfortunately unable to provide any help.
If it is 2+ days in advance of your delivery date and you have noticed that the delivery address on your order is incorrect, you can still change your order. Feel free to get in touch with us and we'd be happy to have your delivery address changed.
If it is the day before delivery and you need to change the delivery address on your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this. However, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do all we can.
