We do apologise if you order has arrived and is missing a gift! We would never intentionally send out an order , but mistakes can happen from time-to-time. If you opted to add a gift to your order (such as chocolates, wine or a vase etc), but it has arrived without, get in touch with us as soon as you can and a friendly customer experience agent would be more than happy to refund the cost of the gift for you.
