To track your order, go to our 'Track My Order' page and enter your order number in our order tracking feature.
How does it work?
- Enter your order number (this starts 500 or 600 and can be found on your order confirmation email, or in your account area here.)
- Select 'Track My Order'
- Select 'Track order with courier'
- This will take you to the carrier web page for your parcel, where you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order!
Please be aware that, to ensure your flowers are fresh, your order will not be despatched until the day before delivery, and will show as 'processing' in your account until that point. Your tracking link will become active on the day of delivery.
