up to 2 working days before delivery, you can make changes to your order or cancel it in your account area by following these instructions


Within two working days of delivery, please contact customer services for any changes, but please be aware that outside of our Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas peak periods, the following applies:


Is it the date of delivery?

Unfortunately we have no way of stopping and cancelling your order.

Is it after 12pm on the working day before delivery?

Unfortunately we have no way of stopping and cancelling your order.

Is it before 12pm on the working day before delivery?

We will endeavour to get this changed for you.

Is it 2 working days or more before delivery?

No problem, we'll do this for you now and let you know as soon as it's done!
