Yes, we do deliver to hotels. We would also recommend that you check with the hotel before sending a gift. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries given the longer time it would take to find the recipient.
Our courier driver will deliver the parcel to reception, from there it's the responsibility of the person who accepts the order to ensure the gift is delivered to the recipient, in the correct room.
