We are delivering throughout Christmas but some of our Royal Mail options have been limited due to disruptions to their service. However, we are still delivering through Yodel.


When we are aware of affected dates, we are only offering delivery through our other courier partner. Where industrial action is announced after orders for an affected date have been placed, we are moving orders onto our pre-9pm service and emailing affected customers. We are not offering Royal Mail (pre-1pm and pre-5pm) on days where industrial action is happening or we have concerns about the after effects of industrial action on their services.
