We do deliver to flats and apartments. Please note that our couriers may leave parcels with reception, in lobbies, postal rooms, or other communal areas designated for deliveries.
Once a courier leaves an item in one of these locations, the delivery is considered complete. Couriers may not knock on individual apartment doors or leave items outside, particularly in high-rise buildings.
We cannot accept liability for items that are lost or stolen from secure communal areas.
