If you receive an error message to say your voucher code is invalid, there could be different reasons for this:
- You are attempting to use the code on the wrong product. Most of our codes are only valid for a particular product or range. Please ensure you have clicked on the correct link provided with your code.
- You have mistyped the code. Please copy and paste the code into the voucher code box, and click 'Apply Coupon'.
- Your code has expired. Most codes are only valid for a limited period. The period should be stated where you received the code.
