We go to great lengths to ensure all flowers are delivered on time. Regretfully there are rare occasions when that doesn't happen or is out of our control.
If you have paid for tracked delivery, you will be sent a tracking link so you can see where your order is. You can also check the Track My Order page with steps on what you will receive depending on the delivery option you chose.
If your order has not been delivered when requested, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier and do what we can to resolve the issue.
