If you would like a VAT invoice for your order, you will need to request this directly from our Customer Experience team.
You can request a VAT receipt via live chat, via our Virtual Agent or my completing the contact form. A member of the Customer Experience team will get the receipt processed and sent back to you within 1-2 days.
If you are lucky enough to own a corporate account with us, then you can download a VAT receipt straight from your account.
