We send items in separate boxes, so if you have only received one, then the rest are on their way to you.

The exception to this is if you have bought a gift set or added an additional gift to your bouquet such as chocolates or a bottle of wine. If these were not in the same box as your flowers, then you can add some instant store credit to your account by going to 'My Account' area. Alternatively if you would prefer for us to send out the missing item, please contact customer services, by stating you still need help below.
