We are confident you will receive the correct number of stems. Stem counts can be found on the product page for your bouquet. If you are concerned you haven't received what was promised, then naturally we would want to hear from you so we can rectify the issue.
If we have sent the wrong size bouquet, then we will happily refund you the price difference of the size back to your payment method and give you the same amount as store credit so you can upgrade your next order free of charge.
