What happens if you are unable to send the item I ordered?

If we run unexpectedly out of stock of the product that you ordered, we'll contact you to offer an alternative product, an alternative delivery day or the option to cancel your order.
If we're unable to contact you with regards to the stock shortage, we may send out a similar product to the same value or higher as your original order. This is the case especially for time-sensitive occasions such as Birthdays or Anniversaries, where we prefer to send out a similar alternative, as opposed to your recipient being left without a gift!
